The Kroger.com crawl experienced a complete outage during this period. Keyword counts, sponsorship activity, and market share data will show little to no activity for the affected dates. Our crawl has been fully restored to capture Kroger.com page 1 and 2 results.

How does this impact my data?

An issue was identified where Kroger.com search results were duplicated across pages 1 and 2. To prevent data duplication, crawling of page 2 was paused during this window. Some reports (Keyword Opportunity, Category Snapshot) will not show page 2 results for the affected dates. You may also notice a "shelf" — an abrupt jump in values — at the start and end of the affected period, particularly in Category Snapshot.

A data accuracy issue was discovered with Target.com Category Market Share data during this period. The affected data has been removed from the platform as it did not meet our accuracy standards. Search data and all other Target.com metrics are not impacted and remain fully functional.

 

Ulta.com Category and Keyword Result Change

How does this impact my data?

On April 23, 2024, Ulta.com reduced the number of page results returned for category and keyword searches from 96 to 64. This is a permanent change made by Ulta and cannot be reverted. Analytic Index continues to crawl Ulta capturing the 64 results now returned. This reduction affects Share of Voice, Sales Share, and Search Visibility metrics.
