How do I reset my Analytic Index password?

We have a passwordless system, if you aren’t able to login- check your spam filter. If that doesn’t work, run the URL https://app.analyticindex.com/test and email the results to your account manager, or support@analyticindex.com 

Why am I getting a 401 error in the app?

Our platform requires third-party cookies for the login system to function properly. If you are seeing a 401 error, third-party cookies are likely disabled in your browser.

Resolution: Enable third-party cookies in your browser settings. Refer to your browser's help documentation for step-by-step instructions, or contact support@analyticindex.com for guidance.

How do I save and share filter sets?

You can save your active filter configuration directly in the platform for quick reuse. Click the Save Filters option within the filter panel and give your set a name. Saved filter sets are tied to your user profile, but can be shared across the organization when you click ‘edit saved filter’

You may also copy the URL from your browser while the desired filters are applied. Your colleague can paste that URL to load the same filter configuration. Note: they must have access to the same Analytic Index account to view the data.

How do I schedule a dashboard to be emailed to me?

Analytic Index allows you to schedule recurring dashboard delivery as a PDF to your registered login email address. To set this up, use the Schedule Delivery option within the dashboard.

Important limitation: Scheduled reports can only be sent to the email address associated with your Analytic Index login — not to external addresses or distribution lists.
