Data Export
These are flat sortable tables — one row per brand, item, category, or keyword — designed for discovery, prioritization, and export to other tools. Use them to identify targets before moving to richer analytical reports.
Brand List
Best for: Getting a broad view of all brands active in a category or keyword set, ranked by any search or sales metric.
Primary anchor: Category (Department + Category Tree) + Retailer. Standard use: load all brands in a category, then sort by the metric most relevant to your question.
Key tile:
- Brand List — each brand with: search visibility (current + past + % change), organic/sponsored visibility, sponsorship activity, keyword count, best BSR, avg price, item count. Default sort: search visibility descending.
Date filter name: Current Period. Default 4 weeks. Past Period should mirror Current Period.
Edge case filters: Keyword, Item ID, Ad Type, Branded Keyword (Yes/No), Price Range, Own Items (Yes/No), Page (p1 vs p2), Default Sort Value, Title.
Common mistake: Using Brand List as the starting point for deep brand analysis — it is a discovery tool. Once you've identified which brands to investigate, move to Category Snapshot or Competitive Brand Comparison for richer data.
Category List
Best for: Looking up the exact category tree string for a brand or item before running any category-scoped report. Incorrect category selection is the most common reason reports return incomplete or irrelevant data.
Primary anchor: Brand OR Item ID + Retailer. Most common use: run with Item ID to find all categories an item belongs to and get the exact full path strings. All-caps brand name required.
Key tile:
- Category List — each category with: full category tree path, retailer, item count, weighted BSR score (current + % change), search visibility, sponsorship activity, keyword count, best BSR, avg price. Default sort: Weighted BSR Current (highest-traffic categories first).
Date filter name: Current Period. Default 4 weeks. Past Period should mirror Current Period.
Important: Do NOT use the Keyword filter — it causes a backend SQL error.
Edge case filters: Brand, Department, Category Tree, Default Sort Value, Branded Keyword (Yes/No), Price Range, Own Items (Yes/No), Page.
Common mistake: Skipping this step and guessing the category string — always run Category List first to confirm the right node.
Item List
Best for: Getting a complete item catalog view for a brand or competitor, or identifying all items in a category.
Four valid primary anchors:
- Brand → all items for a brand across all categories
- Category → all items in a category regardless of brand
- Brand + Category → a brand's items within a specific category
- Item ID → look up a specific item
Key tile:
- Item List — each item with: item ID, brand, title, search visibility (current + past + % change), organic/sponsored visibility, sponsorship activity, keyword count, best BSR, avg price. Default sort: search visibility descending.
Date filter name: Current Period. Default 4 weeks. Past Period should mirror Current Period.
Edge case filters: Keyword, Ad Type, Branded Keyword (Yes/No), Price Range, Own Items (Yes/No), Page, Default Sort Value, Title.
Common mistake: Running without any brand or category filter — large categories return thousands of rows. Always anchor with at least one filter.
Keyword List
Best for: Flat export of all tracked keywords for a brand, item, or category with search volume, rank, and placement data. Primary export for keyword research and gap analysis.
In-platform the report returns each keyword with: avg monthly search volume (current + past + % change), search visibility, organic/sponsored visibility, sponsorship activity, item count, brand count, avg search rank, avg organic rank, avg price, and branded keyword flag.
Four valid primary anchors: Brand, Category (Department + Category Tree), Keyword, or Item ID. Any combination works.
Date filter name: Current Period. Default 4 weeks. Past Period should mirror Current Period to enable period-over-period comparison.
Edge case filters: Ad Type, Branded Keyword (Yes/No), Sponsored Result (Yes/No), Price Range, Own Items (Yes/No), Page, Default Sort Value, Title.
Common mistake: Exporting without a brand or category anchor — large categories return thousands of rows with no prioritization.
1P Item List
🔒 Requires 1P Amazon connection.
Combines 1P Amazon data (sales, traffic, conversion, ad spend) with Analytic Index observed metrics (search visibility, sponsorship activity) for brand-owned items. Used for data validation and reconciliation — confirming that AI observed metrics align with 1P actuals.
Primary anchor: Auto-scoped to connected 1P account. Add Brand or Item ID to narrow.
Key tile:
- Item List — each item with: 1P data (total sales, traffic, conversion rate, units sold, ad spend, avg sales price) + Analytic Index data (search visibility, sponsorship activity, keyword count). Default sort: Sales Current.
Date filter name: Current Period. Default 13 weeks. Past Period should mirror Current Period.
Important: This report only shows your own brand's items from the 1P connection. No competitor data is available here.
Edge case filters: Item ID, Title, Default Sort Value, Promotion Type, Sponsored Result (Yes/No), Vendor Central Source, Total Views / % Change in Views, Page.
