What qualifies as an outage/issue?
Our systems and people are constantly monitoring the ecommerce landscape and the billions of data points there. Anytime an issue in this process lasts more than 7 days it is classified as an outage/issue and reported here.
When an issue arises in our data collection either through retailer site changes or through system failures on our side we work as quickly as possible to identify the issue and remedy the situation. Most issues are resolved within the same 24 hour period which results in no data impact to the customer. Some times these issues taking longer to identify or to resolve and they can span multiple days. Anytime an issue affects more than 7 days of data we will publish the details here in the Outages/Issues topic.
