Why am I getting no results or a "no data" error when I search?

This typically will happen when the filter applied is too narrow and results in no data. Look at the filters being applied both the visible ones and the filters in the “More” button on the report.

  • Check for misspelled filters (this can be solved by using the suggested words in the filters as the department and category names include their respective Category IDs in the full names
  • Check the Category Depth and expand it as sometimes products are only available in lower-tier categories
  • Check for Conflicting Department/Category filters. For example, if the department is “Food (976759)” and the category is set to a non-food related category such as Wireless Headphones then it will result in no data found.
